Swarovski has launched the world’s first AI-supported binoculars, the Swarovski Optik Ax Visio smart binoculars. Designed by renowned industrial designer Marc Newson, these binoculars combine high-performance analogue long-range optics with digital intelligence. The AX Visio 10×32 binoculars offer real-time identification of over 9,000 birds and wildlife through intelligent technology and high-precision optics.

The built-in camera allows users to capture photos and videos, which can be managed and shared via the Swarovski Optik Outdoor App. The app also enables users to share discoveries and guide others to observed objects. The design prioritizes a modern appearance, intuitive handling, and ergonomic comfort. The binoculars come with regular digital feature updates and an open programming interface for additional functionalities. The Swarovski Optik AX Visio is priced at $4,799 / £3,820 and will be available in February 2024.
