Coming Soon to iPhone: No More Green Chat Bubbles
The iOS 18 developer beta now supports RCS (Rich Communication Services), enabling iPhone users to send rich messages to Android users. This includes uncompressed audio and video, improved group chats, and read receipts across platforms. Major U.S. carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are rolling out RCS support.
