I am very impressed by the number of companies and groups focused on creating excellent working conditions for various employees. I know one young man working in technology who appreciates the attention to morale at his office in Richmond, Va. He is my son. He lives there, but I live in Kentucky, where companies are very slowly beginning to consider their employees.
